Choose from spacious one- and two-bedroom homes, each with a full kitchen, Energy Star appliances, wall-to-wall carpeting, and window blinds. Accessibility comes standard in our one-bedroom (about 580 square feet) and two-bedroom apartments (about 775 square feet), with handicapped-accessible features and a walk-in shower with a fold-down bench seat. And with every utility included — heat, electricity, hot water, central air conditioning, and limited WiFi — you can settle in with confidence and budget with ease, knowing there are no separate utility bills to manage.

The Meadows participates in affordable housing programs — including HUD Section 202 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits — so we'd be glad to walk you through the guidelines and help you join our waiting list. A few details worth knowing: The Meadows is a 100% non-smoking community with on-site parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
